Gimax SV Pay-Off (decoiler) or AV Take-Up (winder) have been designed to adapt to most major wire winding applications.
These units can be supplied as individual units or as part of a complete Gimax line, such as drawing lines, shaving lines, copper coating lines, pail packers, etc.
If necessary, both SV and AV units can also be supplied with a dancer so that they can more easily adapt to any existing Gimax line or integrate within other lines manufactured by different companies.
The SV and SV units exits in various sizes capable of handling both DIN and other size reels and can reach a mechanical speed of over 35 metres per second.
The AV Take-Up is also complete with wire straightening rollers and layering system to evenly spread the wire onto the reel.
