High speed wet drawing line, capable of reaching speeds of over 20 meters/second and designed for a wire breakdown from a maximum inlet diameter of 2.4mm down to a minimum output of 0.6mm (C02 wire).
The line can be equipped with a driven or static decoiler (pay-off), in-line coppering tank, dancer and driven winder (take-up).
The pulleys of the TRA-1 wet drawing unit have ceramic inserts to avoid friction and to greatly increase duration, and the capstain also has a ceramic coating to avoid excessive wear.
