DANCER COMPENSATOR
Gimax can offer various type of dancer for tension control of the wire based on the wire characteristics and on the actual application.
The exact model and its configuration depends on different factors such as: type and diameter of the wire, application, speed and space avaiable.
Based on these requirement it is necessary to determine the total wire accumulation required, diameter and type of material of the pulleys, and
the method of accumulation.
There are two main type of accumulation, either a vertical or horizontal version.
The same dancer structure will have the possibility of multiple of set-up based on the needs.
